We manage your Lagos renovation from scope to handover. You stay in the UK while we handle contractors, materials, site supervision and quality control on the ground. This is not remote advice. It is hands-on project management with someone physically present and accountable.

Pricing
10% to 15% of total project value
Fee agreed upfront based on project scope. A paid consultation is required before any project begins so we can assess the scope accurately and give you a fixed fee.
Service 02
UK Construction Brokering
Finding a reliable builder in the UK is harder than it should be. We source, vet and manage the quote process with established UK contractors on your behalf. You deal with one point of contact instead of calling ten builders who may never call back. We take a referral fee from the contractor, not from you, so the service costs you nothing directly.
Who this is for

- Anyone who has struggled to find vetted contractors through personal networks

No charge to you
We take a transparent referral fee from the contractor once instructed. This will be disclosed to you upfront. There is no mark-up on quotes and no hidden costs.

Property Letting by Sogaw Homes
Once your Lagos property is finished, Sogaw Homes manages it as a corporate or short-stay let. We handle tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance coordination and guest management so your property generates income without requiring your presence.
