Sogaw Homes exists for one reason: Nigerian diaspora property owners cannot manage a renovation from abroad and expect it to go well without someone trustworthy in their corner.

Contractors in Lagos operate differently when there is no one on site to enforce the scope. Materials get substituted. Stages get skipped. Timelines drift. By the time you find out, the damage is done and the contractor has moved on.

The founder

Kenneth Sogaw

Kenneth is UK-based with direct, hands-on experience managing construction projects in Lagos. He has been inside the process as it actually works, not as it is supposed to work on paper.

His most complete project to date is a full gut renovation of a 3-bedroom townhouse in Lekki Gardens Estate Phase 1, Lagos. Structural work, tiling, joinery, media wall installation, bathroom fit-out and external pergola construction were all managed remotely and delivered to a corporate-grade finish ready for professional letting.

That project is what Sogaw Homes is built on: the knowledge of what it actually takes to get quality work done in Lagos when you are not there to supervise it yourself.
