Terms of Service

Nature of the service

Sogaw Homes provides construction project management services. We act as your representative and manager on a project. We are not a building contractor, architect, or structural engineer. We do not carry out physical construction work ourselves. All physical work is carried out by independent tradespeople and contractors engaged separately. Our role is to scope, coordinate, supervise, and hold those contractors accountable on your behalf.

Limitation of liability

While we take every reasonable step to ensure quality and delivery, we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our control, including contractor insolvency, force majeure events, or changes in local regulations. Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid to Sogaw Homes for that project. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party contractors, suppliers, or tradespeople.

Payment terms

Payment terms are agreed individually for each project and set out in a written engagement letter before work begins. Paid consultations are payable in advance. No work commences until the agreed payment or deposit has been received and confirmed.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last updated. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
